These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between Planbet ("we", "us", "the platform") and its users ("you", "member", "player"). Planbet is an internationally licensed online gaming platform offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and fish games to users in Bangladesh.

Key definitions used in these Terms are as follows:

Registration on Planbet is completely free. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering. Creating an account with false information is a violation of these terms and may result in suspension or closure of your account.

• Each member may only register one account. If the same person opens multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• Members are responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account, Planbet may immediately place it under a temporary hold.
• You may be required to submit a copy of your National ID or passport for KYC verification.

Planbet is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Use of the platform by minors is prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

In addition, the following individuals may not use Planbet:

• Residents of countries where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Planbet employees and their immediate family members.
• Individuals who have previously been banned or have self-excluded.

Planbet supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500
• Maximum single deposit: BDT 500,000
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer.
• There are no hidden charges on deposits.

Depositing into Planbet from another person's mobile banking or bank account is not allowed. All deposits must be made from the member's own account.

Withdrawals on Planbet are simple and fast, typically completed within 3 to 8 minutes. In cases where KYC verification is required, processing may take a little longer.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500
• Maximum single withdrawal: BDT 200,000
• Daily maximum withdrawal limit: BDT 500,000
• Withdrawals can only be made to an account registered in the member's own name.
• KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal.

Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds. See the Bonus section for details. Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.

Planbet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are outlined in the respective offer details. General bonus terms are listed below:

• The welcome bonus is for new members only, once per account.
• To withdraw bonus cash, a wagering requirement of typically 15x to 30x must be fulfilled.
• If wagering is not completed within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated in the offer.
• Planbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

All games on Planbet use internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game outcome is entirely random and in no way predetermined.

• Sports betting wagers will be settled once the official result is confirmed.
• If a technical issue occurs during a game, that round will be voided and the wager will be refunded.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final.
• In the event of a dispute, Planbet's server logs will serve as the definitive record.
• Planbet is not responsible for losses resulting from playing a game without understanding its rules.

If you have a complaint regarding the outcome of any game or bet, please notify our support team within 72 hours. Complaints submitted after this period may not be accepted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Planbet. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software or bots to play games.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Verifying an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Harassing or threatening other members.

Planbet places responsible gaming at the top of its priorities. We want all our members to see gaming as a source of entertainment, not addiction or stress. To support this, we offer the following:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a limit on the maximum amount you wager within a given period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily lock your account for a set period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Reality Check: Get periodic reminders about your gaming session time.

Planbet may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Registering with false information.
• If the member is found to be a minor.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months).

Members may close their account at any time. In such cases, the remaining balance will be returned, but any bonus funds will be forfeited.

Planbet reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice will be posted on the platform before changes take effect. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

• These Terms are governed by international gaming law.
• Any disputes will first be addressed through Planbet support.
• If the matter cannot be resolved through support, it will be settled via independent arbitration.
• If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
